ECDL WEBSTARTER certifies that a Candidate:

can perform simple coding tasks |

can use a web site editor to create Web pages, create forms and tables, use frames and format text |

can save and work with images on a web site |

can publish the site on the World Wide Web (WWW) |

has a good appreciation of security issues and law relating to web publishing |
The ECDL WEBSTARTER certification requires approximately 20-30 hours of tuition followed by the successful completion of a simple 45-minute test.
