ECDL CAD Specialist is the new independent, international standard for core skills in two-dimensional computer aided design (2D CAD). ECDL CAD was developed to certify that an individual has the basic skills and knowledge required for the use of standard features of most CAD applications. ECDL CAD was developed by the ECDL Foundation in consultation with a working group of CAD professionals and leading industry experts and with the support of Autodesk, Bentley and ECDL Belgium.
